I Love Icmeler

Thanks again for all the updates Stevie - great to see what is going on. It’s just a shame that after all the hard work put in by the restaurants and bars most holiday makers cannot return.

We enjoyed lunchtime drinks here on a couple of days in September. Very friendly staff, and good views.

Pleased to see that a small part of that spare ground is being used. It seems such a waste after they removed the shops and left it empty.

We occasionally used visited the Majestic a few years ago, but for no real reason, we haven’t been back recently. It has been getting good reports on Facebook, and now that Jan has reminded us about it, I think we will probably re-visit on our next holiday.

When we were in Icmeler in May, we walked by this place a few times, but resisted the temptation. Perhaps we should try it on our next holiday?

Seeing this information from Jan, reminded me of the surprising amount of small parks (Parki), around the old village, and at the back of the village. They are very small, but a few have one or two small play areas for children.

The Waterfall has always been one of our favourite restaurants. It was the very first place we visited on our first visit to Icmeler, and we have enjoyed the setting, very good food and wonderful service ever since.

We have just returned from Icmeler (I will post a review in the next couple of days), and we had a look around this new park. It is well worth a visit - they have made a good job of it. It is obviously intended for children, but is interesting for all ages.
